Merritt Homes has built an average of ten homes a year in and around the Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, and northwest of San Antonio area
along with rural sites in Kendall & Kerr County.
John Merritt Homes builds every home to meet or exceed Energy Star standards, and our homes incorporate green building techniques
addressing lot development optimization, resource efficiency, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
We have been awarded the people’s choice award and the best floorplan award in the 2017 Parade of Homes in The Canyons at Scenic Loop

After meeting with several prospective custom home builders in the San Antonio / Boerne corridor, JMH was hands-down our top choice. We've been working closely with them over the past few months and are about halfway completed in our future home at Stone Creek Ranch. This is an established builder with a stellar reputation.
